Work Out Routine

For some, my workout will seem daunting…just remember when you read it that I am a fitness instructor and get to spend most of my day in the gym, so my schedule has been built around me and my level. Always talk with your doctor prior to starting a new routine and always remember to adjust routines around you! What works for one, may not work for everyone. Part of the balance of a fit and healthy lifestyle is for you to try different things and discover what is best for you and your needs.

I do this once a day:

25 one legged squats (Each Side)

50 bodyweight squats

50 jump step-upsĀ 

50 pull ups

50 chin upsĀ 

50 push ups

5 miles on Treadmill or Bike (Sometimes I do half and half)
